Pleasant stay with room for improvement

We enjoyed a two-night family stay. Rick at the front desk was exceptional in accommodating our needs. However, we encountered a stale odor in our room, which the staff were unhelpful about addressing. A tip, inspect the room before unpacking to ensure comfort.

Comfortable pool area for relaxation.

The bed was hard and lumpy, making sleep impossible. I also dealt with an incredibly noisy heater that disturbed my rest throughout the night. On top of this, the breakfast options were extremely limited, leaving me unsatisfied every morning.

Family friendly but pricey

The breakfast was not the greatest but alright and the rooms were comfortable because the beds had the kind of softness that felt like you were sleeping on clouds and the cleanliness was excellent especially considering past hotel stays where cleanliness was an issue

The upkeep could definitely use some work. the pool was often left unclean, with algae visible on the bottom. Shower knobs in the bathroom felt loose, and water pressure seemed inconsistent, which made for a frustrating experience. Additionally, lacking a proper breakfast selection meant venturing out for meals became a necessity, and the billing process was unnecessarily confusing for international guests.

Additionally, half of the elevators were out of service, causing long waits.
